Where are classes located?

We have a reciprocal relationship with local educational non-profit, Learning with Meaning, Inc. Many of the MFS classes are held on the beautiful 140-acre LWM land on the south side of Missoula. A few classes occur on public land or other private land. During the winter months, some classes are located indoors at a downtown Missoula location. We will always let you know where a class will meet upon registration.

As we build our organization, it is possible that a class may be canceled due to insufficient participation. We hope this won’t happen, but we need a minimum number of students in each class to pay the instructor and cover materials, land use fees, insurance, and any infrastructure like bathrooms or camping sites. Should this happen, you will be notified and you are welcome to apply your payment to another class of similar value. If you have any questions, please reach out.
